“Good service bus charge extra fees”

“I arrived here at 10:00 on Sunday to pick up my parcel, but it's already after 11:00. The store hasn't opened. Please fix the opening and closing time because if anyone comes to collect his parcel or goods and has to wait, his time wasted.”

“Very disappointing journey. The bus was already about 2.5 hours late and, due to poor management and unnecessary delays, we arrived around 6 hours behind schedule. The staff were irresponsible, and the bus stopped at a poor-quality hotel around 2:00 AM for 40 minutes instead of 20. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this service.”
