“I ordered a Farali Special dish and a chikoo milkshake this morning. Instead of the chikoo milkshake, they sent masala chaas. The food was completely cold, and even the chaas was warm. I called the restaurant, and the owner spoke to me and said they would refund my payment. They asked me to share photos, so I sent them the photos along with my bill on WhatsApp. However, I haven’t received a single response since then. They neither refunded my money nor replied to my messages. On top of that, there was a dead ant floating in the chaas, which shows how poor their food quality and hygiene are. I will never order from this place again.”
