“Absolute Disaster: A Nightmare Stay – Avoid at All Costs! I recently stayed here for one night with my family of five, and it was the absolute worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in India. We booked through Booking.com, who completely misled us. Nowhere was it mentioned that this is actually a shady, hourly-basis OYO hotel primarily catering to couples. Because we had a late-night check-in, we were stranded and had no other option but to stay; otherwise, we would have walked out immediately. Here is why you should never book this hotel: Deplorable Hygiene & Pests: The room conditions are a nightmare. They do not even provide a clean bedsheet; both the sheets and the towels given to us were literally torn and filthy. Worse, the property is severely infested. There are rats, cockroaches, and lizards everywhere. Unusable Bathrooms: The washroom was completely broken. The door didn't even have a knob, the washbasin leaked continuously from underneath, and dirty water backed up into the toilet pot on its own, making it completely unusable. Rude & Untrustworthy Staff: The management and staff are exceptionally rude and completely unprofessional. When you complain about the room conditions, they just lie to your face, saying "someone is coming to fix it," but no one ever shows up. Furthermore, it feels entirely unsafe for your belongings-anything you leave lying around is at risk of being stolen by the staff. I have already raised a formal complaint with Booking.com for hiding the reality of this property and providing false information. Honestly, the government and the Gujarat Police need to raid this property and take strict action against them. Bottom Line: Whether you are a family looking for a stay, or a couple who values basic hygiene, please do not go to this place. Do not book this hotel even for one hour. It is a complete disaster!”
