“Went for the Football World Cup Final screening, and it was a complete disappointment. 1. The screening wasn't even ready until kickoff because the owner didn't have the required adapter and was ordering one from Blinkit at the last minute. Hosting an event without checking basic equipment beforehand is simply incompetent. 2. I ordered Baked Macaroni with Pineapple, but was served plain white sauce pasta. Even after sending it back multiple times, the owner kept insisting it was correct instead of accepting the mistake. When I finally asked to cancel the order, he didn't even have the courtesy to have a feedback directly and rudely instructed the waiter to cancel it. His attitude was arrogant, dismissive, and completely unacceptable for someone running a hospitality business. 3. The only positive was the captain/waiter, who remained polite, patient, and helpful throughout despite having to deal with the consequences of the owner's poor decisions. The owner seriously needs to learn basic customer service and event management. I won't be visiting again.”
