“Very disappointing experience. We ordered three Rocky Road waffles and waited around 30 minutes, even though there were hardly any customers. Customers who arrived after us were served before us. When we finally received our order, the waffles were not good, and the ice cream had already melted. The worst part was that they gave us only one spoon for three waffles and said extra spoons were chargeable! Poor service, long waiting time, and disappointing food quality. Definitely not the experience we expected.”
