Not only was the service person completely unresponsive to the valid offer, but their behavior was also highly unprofessional and unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and to have valid promotions honored without issue. Because this matter was not handled properly on-site, I request that management reviews this incident and contacts me with a resolution.
