“After the cloud kitchen at Vastrapur being a huge success they started the dine-in pizzeria at Prahlad Nagar. Taste of Pizza is definitely the same but the plus point is dine-in option. Very disappointed with the inconsistency in taste and then with staff behaviour as they don't give a damn on customer experience and have no remorse on providing very bad pizza with nothing as mentioned in there menu. Initial 2 times when we visited we had good experience but 3rd time when we visited them and order 2 Pizzas(1 their signature deep dish white pizza and 1 double cheeze Margherita) but when the Pizza came on table we were shocked by the looks and taste as it was no where near to the previous experience and it was so bad and tasteless that the ingredients felt like stale. When we complaint about same with staff they didn't even apologize or gave a damn about the review, I even showed them the pics of pizza we previously had at their outlet and what they served on that day to which they just stood like mannequin with no reply or not even felt sorry about what they served. We heard about their inconsistency but still preferred them due to our past experience but now we sympathize with all those who faced same issue as we had and we would never visit them for Pizza since if you pay around 1500-2000 bucks and get such food it is definitely not worth it. Very disappointed, Though I recommended many friends to try their Pizza will not recommend anymore due to such bad experience.”
