The cake was perfectly made as I dont like my cakes very creamy and the texture was perfectly light and fluffy. To my surprise, She made the cake base with wheat flour and still it tasted heavenly. I also ordered Ragi cookies for my daughter last year purely made up of ghee, ragi flour and jaggery. My daughter loved them.
