“I have been a loyal customer of Shiv Shakti Chavana for years, but what I experienced recently is absolutely unacceptable 😡 Placed an order of ₹250 (samosa, kachori, jalebi, etc.) and clearly instructed multiple times to include chutney, onions, papaya chutney, and chillies, The staff confidently said “everything is added.” Reality? TOTAL NEGLIGENCE ❌ Everything was thrown into ONE cheap polythene bag 🛍️ no proper packing, no paper, no foil, nothing. And guess what? NOT A SINGLE chutney or item that was specifically requested was included 🤦‍♂️ Not even basic cutlery. This is not the first time this is the THIRD time this has happened ⚠️ What is the staff even doing? Do they understand what customer service means? Or do they just say “yes” to everything without actually doing it? 🤷‍♂️ This kind of careless, irresponsible service is shocking for a place that has been running for so many years 📉 Loyal customers are being taken for granted. If this is how you treat repeat customers, don’t expect people to come back 🚫 Worst experience ever 👎 Zero professionalism ❌ No accountability 🚫 I seriously hope the owner reads this and takes strict action ⚡ because right now, this place is going downhill fast.”
