“Average quality food but expensive”

“Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience at Shivam Snack. The food quality was terrible-truly third-class. However, the biggest issue is the complete lack of hygiene and basic privacy. When the ladies in our group went to use the washroom, the manager was inside without even locking the door. The restroom itself was in a filthy, pathetic state. This is highly unprofessional and unsafe behavior. We will never return and strongly advise families and women to stay away from this place.”
