“We ordered masala tea, French fries and cheese Chutney sandwich, literally added rai in cheese Chutney sandwich. I mean who adds that also, the fries was so tasteless and not to forget the behaviour of the staff. So cold, so uninterested and so rude the service was terrible. I hate the taste of the food and only taste in the tea was water. Anyways one star for the tea and zero for the service and other food.”

“Visited Sambhu's Riverfront, Shahibaug recently. The location is excellent, with a beautiful view of the Riverfront, and that's definitely the biggest highlight of this branch. However, our overall dining experience was disappointing. Food: ⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5) Cleanliness: ⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5) We ordered: - Plain Aloo Mutter Sandwich – It was very dry, had almost no butter, and the bread quality was below expectations. - Tandoori Paneer Sandwich – The sandwich mostly tasted of tandoori mayonnaise, while the paneer filling lacked flavour. - Italian Pizza – Average at best, with an overly acidic taste that was dominated by vinegar. The service also needs improvement. We requested the staff to clean our table, but the request was ignored. The table cleanliness was one of the weakest aspects of our visit. I have visited other Sambhu's branches, especially HL Road, Airport Road, and Vaishnodevi, and the food quality and overall experience there are much better. In fact, the Airport Road branch, which is only a few kilometres away, is well known for its taste and quality. I sincerely hope the Riverfront branch takes inspiration from the standards maintained by the other branches. With such a great location, it has the potential to offer a much better experience.”
