“Ordered Mysore Masala Dosa (Regular) priced at ₹395. Ordered 3 dosas, total should be ₹1185, but we were charged ₹1400. On asking, staff said dosa was made in ghee. This was never informed in advance. In a reputed place like Sankalp, staff should clearly ask whether dosa is to be made in oil, butter, or ghee, especially when extra charges apply. I also have an allergy, and no one checked or informed us. Worst part - they refused to give us the bill copy, saying they need to keep it. This is completely unacceptable. Very poor transparency and disappointing experience.”
