He first claimed those items aren't included, and when I pointed out that they are printed on the menu, he changed his argument and said customers should always verify every item before leaving. That's a strange way to handle a genuine complaint. Packing errors can happen anywhere, and I even said it was probably an honest oversight. But rather than accepting that possibility, he kept interrupting, infact at one point started blabbering so that I can't speak (IMAGINE). I won't be returning, and I hope the OWNER pays more attention to how customer CALLS complaints are handled. The cook was a good guy!”

Imagine blaming the customer for trusting the menu YOU printed. I even suggested that the person packing the order may have simply forgotten to include them, but he kept talking over me and arguing just to avoid taking responsibility. I genuinely wish Google allowed voice recordings because his behavior was unbelievable. This was never about the value of chaas and papad. It was about honesty, accountability, and basic respect for customers. The food itself seemed fresh and well made, so I have no complaints about the poor cook. Unfortunately, people with this kind of attitude are representing the business, and they completely ruin the experience. Absolutely abysmal customer service. I won't be ordering from here again.”
