“0 Star Review I visited this rooftop restaurant with my friends, expecting a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, the behavior of the staff was very disappointing. They were rude, unprofessional, and did not know how to treat customers with respect. The receptionist at the front desk was also impolite and spoke to us in an unfriendly manner. good food and ambience are not enough if the customer service is this poor. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and trains the staff to behave politely and respectfully with every customer. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place.”
