“We first visited the CG Road branch. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, and the servic was prompt and courteous. The food, however, was a mixed experience. The idli was disappointing, and the vada didn’t seem fresh, although it was crispy. The dosa, on the other hand, was excellent crisp, flavourful, and the highlight of our meal. We should have ordered dosa instead of the idli and vada. After this visit, we tried the Drive-In branch, where both the food and service were much better. I hope the CG Road outlet can improve the quality and freshness of the idli and vada to match the excellent dosa.”
