Puffizza (Maninagar)

“Very disappointing experience with Puffizza Maninagar. I specifically paid extra for Cheese Base, but the order was delivered without that base. When I raised the issue, there was no satisfactory resolution. Customers pay for what is advertised and charged on the bill. If a particular base is unavailable, the restaurant should inform customers beforehand instead of charging for it and delivering something else. Businesses should be more mindful and transparent in their service. This experience has left me dissatisfied, and I hope the management improves its quality control and customer service.”
