“I had a very disappointing experience at Prince Bhajipav. The Manchurian Spring Onion dish contained dust and sand, making it impossible to eat. When I raised the issue, the lady at the counter was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of acknowledging the problem or apologizing, she told me to leave. Before I could even take a photo as evidence, one of the staff members quickly removed the dish from my table. Her response was, "I've sold 25 plates and no one else has complained," but that doesn't change what I experienced. I strongly suggest the management inspect their kitchen and food preparation area. If you sit there and observe the conditions, you'll understand exactly what I mean. I expected better hygiene and customer service. Unfortunately, both were very disappointing.”
