“Hum Pizza Zone Vastrapur me unlimited dinner ke liye aaye the. Food theek tha, lekin service bahut disappointing lagi, do waiters ka attitude aur behavior bilkul professional nahi tha. Unke face par aggression tha aur baat karne ka tone bhi rude tha. Pizza serve karte waqt bhi “ye lo” bolkar aise serve kar rahe the jaise unhe customers se baat karne me interest hi na ho. Meri friend ke haath me chhota baby tha. Phir bhi waiter ne respect se help karne ke bajay rude tone me bola, “Wo plate do.” Customer service me thodi understanding aur politeness honi chahiye, especially jab kisi ke saath baby ho. Hum yahan achha experience expect karke aaye the, lekin staff ka behavior dekhkar kaafi disappointed hue. Management ko staff ki customer handling aur professional behavior par dhyan dena chahiye.
