“Worst experience. We purchased samosa and kachori from here and found a long wire-like object in the samosa while eating. This was a serious hygiene concern and extremely disappointing. You may deny it in response, but this is what actually happened. The wire-like object was found inside the samosa and was noticed immediately while eating. The attached photo was taken at the same time as evidence. Dismissing it as “externally originated” without proper acknowledgement is disappointing, especially when the concern is about food safety and hygiene. I hope such issues are taken seriously and handled more responsibly in the future.”
