“Beware from this outlet. I received expired masala chhas from this shop on 28/6/26. Upon requesting return & refund, they started blaming me that I had not purchased the item from them & I am returning the product which was purchased previously by me, although I never visited them in last one month. I showed them online payment receipt, but still they didn't agree for return & 3 people became rowdy on me, they started abusing me, shouting at me, behaving rudely and started pushing me outside the shop for simply requesting refund. I got scared after this incident & it was a horrible experience from mithai and more. This is very unprofessional & pathetic behaviour from mithai & more people. I hope I had taken photo from expired chhas, I would have sued them with FSSAI & consumer court. If possible, please avoid going to this outlet, or atleast go with some protection with you, otherwise they all can attack you.”
