Meritorious Restaurant banquet.

“I had dinner today with my family very low service & very rudely behaviour & foods are tasteless very disappoints”

“Very poor food and service. I visited Meritorious Restaurant for a meal at the banquet. The paneer sabzi served to us was spoiled/burnt and was not fit for consumption. I immediately informed the manager about the issue, but no proper assistance or satisfactory response was provided. The manager only informed us that the staff had been told about it, but no action was taken to resolve the customer's concern. Such negligence regarding food quality and customer safety is unacceptable. I request you to investigate this matter seriously, take necessary action, and ensure that such incidents do not happen again in the future. Some pis of paneer they are collecting and given at kitchen and rest I share the photo in feedback.”

“Third class third category hotel Service is pathetic Just today 15 mins ago visited this hotel with my family. Waiting for more than 1 and half hour and no service. Called the owner of hotel and received response like we are beggars and begging for food. Pathetic poor 3rd class 3rd category.”
