“Poor management and the staff is behaving like we are getting food for free, specially Sumit Dube and Baleshvar was very very rude to all customers, I truly appeal to management to take necessary action on them. We are very old clients of westend and from the day these two people joined the staff they are like we are the boss but they are not. In front of me only they have fought with 4 different clients because of their behaviour. Because of them I have to skip my meal yesterday and have to sleep hungry. Westend Mayflower has lost their valueable customer. I truly appreciate management if they take necessary actions on them and for that if they need my help I will co-operate..”
