“I ordered fafda and vatidal khaman, but the fafda were absolutely third-class and the vatidal khaman were stale. Please, no one should order from this place.”

“Yesterday, my family ordered samosas, but instead of 4 pieces, they only sent 3. When my father called to inform them, instead of correcting their mistake by sending the missing item or offering a refund, they ended up charging him more. On top of that, the new delivery person charged an extra ₹26 without any proper explanation. This is highly unprofessional and unfair to customers. Mistakes can happen, but how you handle them matters-and this was handled very poorly. Shame on you guys. Would not recommend ordering from here.”
