“Very bad experience. I just asked to add a little salt in the soda and requested a straw, but when I asked for the straw, the owner behaved like he was doing me a favor. He intentionally added too much salt and completely ruined the drink. Very rude behaviour and disappointing service. Update after response : Giving a straw with masala chhaas soda is not 5 star hotel service. It’s basic common sense and basic customer service. I already paid ₹25 for the drink, not ₹15, and for a thick soda a straw is obviously needed. Also, customers are not asking for favors when they request simple things politely. And if customers have to “cooperate” just to get basic respectful service, then what exactly are they paying for? Respect and proper behaviour toward customers should come naturally to a business owner.”
