“Dear La Milano, Out of a late-night craving, I walked in around midnight and ordered a Malai Pizza Pocket, which has always been one of my favourite snacks. Unfortunately, this time I was really disappointed. The taste, quality, and size have noticeably gone down compared to what it used to be. It was one of those small but satisfying items that people like me, who don't eat much, could enjoy as a light snack after a meal. This visit, however, it didn't live up to that experience. If maintaining the same quality means increasing the price, I'd honestly prefer that. But please don't compromise on the taste, ingredients, or portion size. If that's not possible, it may be better to discontinue the item rather than serve a version that no longer reflects what made it special. I hope you'll consider this feedback, as I'd love to enjoy the original Pizza Pocket again.”
