“Extremely disappointing experience. The pizzas looked nothing like what was expected and the quality was very poor. The crust was dry and thick, the toppings were unevenly distributed, and the overall taste was below average. It felt like very little care went into preparing the order. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. After raising the issue with the restaurant, they refused to offer a replacement or any refund, despite the obvious quality concerns. There was no effort to resolve the complaint or ensure customer satisfaction. I won’t be ordering from here again and cannot recommend this place. If you value quality food and responsive customer service, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.”
