“Very disappointing experience. Despite purchasing a product, the staff refused to provide a carry bag, stating that the product price was too low for them to afford giving one. This is not the level of service expected from a reputed brand. Additionally, the currency/notes being provided were torn and in poor condition, which is completely unacceptable. Such behavior reflects poorly on customer service standards. I hope the management considers this to improve the customer experience.”
