“I purchased toast from this bakery on **13/07/2026**. Unfortunately, when I opened it, I found that it was spoiled. The taste was very bad, making it clear that the product was not fresh. I returned to the bakery on the **morning of 14/07/2026** and requested a refund. The employee behaved rudely and unprofessionally. Instead of helping resolve the issue, he told me that the owner was not present and that they could not refund my money without the owner's approval. It is disappointing that they continue selling products even when no one has the authority to handle customer complaints or issue refunds. I also spoke with the owner, but the response was equally unprofessional. Rather than apologizing or taking responsibility for selling a spoiled product, they failed to handle the situation properly. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Selling spoiled food, providing poor customer service, and refusing to resolve a genuine complaint is unacceptable.”
