“I ordered a Vada Pav and Dabeli from Jay Bhole because the kids wanted them. I specifically requested that both items be served hot, but they were only heated briefly before being packed. I live very close to the shop, yet both items were completely cold by the time I got home. The Dabeli was especially disappointing. It tasted like it was made using ingredients prepared much earlier and didn’t feel fresh. When food is meant for children, freshness and proper heating are especially important for their health and safety. At ₹40 per item, I expected much better quality and freshness. Unfortunately, the food didn’t justify the price. I hope the management pays more attention to serving fresh, properly heated food, especially when customers specifically request it.”
