“I recently visited this outlet and had a very disappointing experience. To begin with, there is no proper seating arrangement. Hardly a few seats are available, and even those were not well-maintained. The tables were not clean, which immediately gave a poor impression of hygiene. The counter staff was not attentive at all. The boy at the counter was constantly busy on his mobile phone, instead of focusing on customers. When I placed an order for a cheese vada pav, I was casually told that only plain vada pav was available. This shows a lack of seriousness in managing the menu and customer expectations. Despite such poor service and limited options, the prices charged are on par with the well-known Jai Bhavani Vadapav brand. Unfortunately, the actual taste and quality of food here do not justify the pricing at all. The vada pav was average, lacking the authentic flavor and freshness that Jai Bhavani is known for. Overall, this outlet fails to represent the standards of Jai Bhavani Vadapav. If they continue operating in this careless manner, they will only end up damaging the brand’s reputation. Customers come here with expectations of the original Jai Bhavani taste, quality, and service, but instead are left disappointed. In short, this outlet is not maintaining the brand value but rather spoiling it. Definitely not recommended if you are expecting the real Jai Bhavani Vadapav experience”
