“This restaurant's name should be "Luck by Chance" restaurant, when the first time I went there even after reading so many negative reviews, I got the best n tastiest butter chicken, after that whenever I ordered or went there to dine, I got an extremely disappointing experience. the service was terrible. Last time when we went, We had to wait more than one hour to receive our first order which was just a starter chicken 65, even though they gave us masala papads, which were too soggy. Felt like if you are a big group they will give serve you better for a large amount of bill.. we waited another 40 minutes to recieve our main course, they do not make simple tawa rotis so they prepared our main course in advance but they kep it in kitchen n when they brought rotis from outside then they served thanda khana (cold food) . That was too pathetic, meat was totally mashed in gravy, I then ordered some other dish as per their recommendation, that was tasteless too, over boiled meat which was too mushy in the gravy. The staff was completely inattentive. No one responded when we called for assistance, the food was below average. Several dishes were served cold, and the taste was disappointing. Overall, the experience was frustrating and not worth the time or money. I would not recommend this restaurant unless they seriously improve their service, food quality, and customer handling. I am done with this restaurant.”
