“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a really pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Express. The room was compact, but very well designed and had everything I needed. It actually reminded me a little of Japan - small, practical, clean and cosy. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, and I enjoyed most of the dishes. The only thing that wasn’t quite to my taste was the croissant, which I found a little too firm. What really stood out was the service. Everyone was friendly and helpful. When I mentioned that the air conditioning wasn’t cooling properly, someone came up within a few minutes to fix it. The manager also checked in with guests during breakfast, which was a lovely personal touch. Housekeeping kept the room spotless, although they occasionally forgot to replace the toothbrushes. Overall, a clean, comfortable hotel with genuinely attentive service. I’d happily stay here again.”
