“Such a big restaurant and they do not accept credit cards as a mode of payment. You cannot scan and pay with your virtual credit cards. Did not expect this in 2026. Further, the prices they charge are just too much for the food and ambience you get in return. Did not have issues with staff although they kept ignoring my question as to why do they not accept credit cards and kept insisting for me to pay via UPI which eventually I had to. Never going to a HOCCO Kitchen again. Overall, Prices - too high Food - okay Customer service - it's better we skip this part”
