“After having an amazing experience at the Hocco SBR outlet, we visited this branch with the same high expectations. Unfortunately, this visit was quite disappointing. Although the staff was courteous and polite, the service was noticeably slow. The biggest letdown, however, was the food. We ordered the same sabji that we had enjoyed at the SBR outlet, but the taste was completely different and nowhere near as good. The flavours lacked consistency, and the overall quality didn't match what we expected from Hocco. Based on this experience, the SBR outlet is far superior in both taste and overall dining experience. I hope the management works on maintaining consistency across all their outlets.”
