“Absolutely pathetic experience at Hocco Eatery, Nikol. The Lucknowi Paneer Biryani was stale and tasted horribly sour. When I complained, the manager shamelessly claimed that’s how their biryani tastes and even refused to taste it himself. I was with my family, otherwise I wouldn’t have let this level of arrogance and disrespect go without giving him a piece of my mind. Serving stale food and then refusing to accept it is disgraceful. Zero hospitality, zero accountability, and zero respect for customers. Never visiting again.”
