“We visited yesterday, and when we arrived, the manager asked us to wait because they were cleaning. I informed him that we had a booking, and after a short wait, we were allowed to enter. We ordered our food, sat down, and I made the payment through Swiggy. After that, the manager told us that they had stopped accepting Swiggy payments and that they never received payments from Swiggy. He insisted that we should have asked first and told us to pay directly to their Google Pay instead. He argued with us for quite a while and asked me to contact Swiggy myself. After I raised a complaint, Swiggy called and spoke to the manager. Surprisingly, the manager immediately changed his statement and said that they had received the payment and that there was no issue. We simply told him that it was okay, but they should avoid putting customers through this situation in the future. The manager's behavior was extremely unprofessional, non-cooperative, and rude. He was speaking loudly throughout the conversation, which made the experience even more unpleasant. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone.”
