“I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The food quality was extremely poor - we actually found an insect in our meal, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious hygiene concerns. The service was just as frustrating. The waiter kept pushing their own suggestions instead of properly taking our order. Even after clearly stating what we wanted, they didn’t listen carefully and ended up bringing the wrong dishes. To make matters worse, the food that was served was cold. When we pointed this out and requested a replacement, the staff refused to exchange it, showing a complete lack of professionalism and customer care. Overall, the experience was very unpleasant. Poor hygiene, inattentive service, and no accountability - I would not recommend this place to anyone.”
