“Have been using them since years for packaging which is durable. However, the staff is as incompetent as it gets. Non-friendly, inefficient and super slow. The utensils used for packing are not clean and mixed for different food items. DO NOT GIVE BUSINESS TO THIS STORE. Needs a major change.”

“Very disappointing experience. My basic request for correct weight was not fulfilled, which is quite unacceptable. Accuracy in quantity is a fundamental expectation. Additionally, the utensils used for packaging were not clean and were not properly separated from those used for other products. This raises serious hygiene concerns. Overall, the service and quality standards need significant improvement.”
