“Very nice experience”

“We stayed at Ginger hotel yesterday night because of heavy thunderstorm in ahemdabad , we were stucked in jam .... For them rules are first then humanity Along with us there are so many people who were stucked and wants a room There was an handycafe lady ..... Suffering from heavy cold , for her they were not even servings a single tea or a hot milk .... We told them many times we only want a tea for her ! They said after 10 our kitchen is closed .... And service I am much disappointed with them ! Everyone should show humanity and in this kind of times ! Where everyone is stucked”
