“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience – Fresh Moments (Shivalik Building, Ahmedabad) I have been a regular customer since the days when they were known as Savvy Salad, then Fresh One, and now Fresh Moments. Despite being priced a little higher than many other healthy food outlets, I continue to order from them because quality, freshness, hygiene, innovation, and taste have always been exceptional. Their menu is one of the most creative and health-focused in Ahmedabad. From protein-rich salads to wholesome bowls, smoothies, juices, parfaits, chia puddings, and healthy snacks, every dish reflects genuine thought and care. It's wonderful to see a restaurant constantly introducing innovative and nutritious options. Kudos to their great chefs 👩‍🍳 and management. I have recommended Fresh Moments to my family, relatives, and many friends in my elite circle because I truly believe healthy eating should never mean compromising on taste. Recently, I noticed a concern with the "Build Your Own Salad" option, where selecting multiple paid add-ons did not proportionately increase the quantity. Instead of simply ignoring my feedback, I personally discussed it with Hemangbhai, and also spoke with Jainambhai and Dushyantbhai. What impressed me was their attitude. They immediately acknowledged the concern, removed the "Build Your Own Salad" option from Zomato and Swiggy, and even sent me a complimentary high-protein salad as a goodwill gesture. That speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. It is rare to find a management team that genuinely listens, acts promptly, and values long-term customer trust over short-term business. Ahmedabad is becoming increasingly health-conscious, and I am confident that with this level of dedication, quality, innovation, and customer care, Fresh Moments has a very bright future.
