“Despite charging premium prices, FNP failed to provide even basic quality and timely delivery standards. This level of negligence is unacceptable for a company handling important occasions and food items. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and expect a proper resolution immediately, including a full refund and explanation. If this issue is not addressed seriously, I will be forced to escalate the matter by filing a formal complaint in consumer court for deficiency in service and negligence. Very disappointed. I will never order from FNP again and would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting them for important celebrations.”

“One of the worse experience. They send a cake from local cheap shop. And cake taste quality is so tasteless and cake was not even fresh. I ordered butterscotch flavoured cake. It was so cheap quality. Don’t waste your money to order cake from this worse application.”
