Below is a blunt, no-nonsense complaint that conveys anger and disappointment without personal attacks. *** Fasoos - Order at 10:11 PM, 2 rolls - cancelled after I waited 1 hour I placed an order for 2 rolls at 10:11 PM and was left waiting for a full hour with no delivery and no clear update. Then you cancelled it. Unacceptable. You took my time and appetite for granted. If you can’t fulfil orders at late hours, at least inform customers immediately instead of leaving them hanging. This level of service is pathetic and shows zero respect for paying customers. Expectations: - Clear, timely communication about delays. - Faster cancellations with a refund and an apology when you can’t deliver. - Better management so orders placed aren’t wasted. I won’t be ordering from Fasoos again unless I see major improvements. Other customers: beware of long waits and sudden cancellations.”
