“We ordered wraps through Zomato and had an extremely disappointing experience. After making us wait for over 1.5 hours, they informed us that one of the wraps we ordered was unavailable. We agreed to replace it with another wrap, but even then, our order was not prepared or delivered. To make matters worse, they neither delivered the order nor cancelled it, leaving us waiting with no resolution. This was one of the worst experiences we've had. Very poor service and management.”
