The air conditioners were turned off, and there weren't even any fans running, making it extremely uncomfortable to sit there. The lack of basic maintenance and customer comfort made the entire experience quite unpleasant.”

“I ordered lava cake online and i received butterscotch mousse in place of lava cake and when i asked where is lava cake they told me that it is out of stock and they just decided that they will give me mousse without even informing me or calling me to ask and when i raised the ticket they closed it by saying that i didn't picked up the call whereas they never called me.And it have been 3 days and no action is taken”
