Domino's Pizza | Shela, Ahmedabad

“Today, on 25th July 2026, I visited the Domino’s Pizza outlet at the Shela branch, Ahmedabad with my family. The restaurant was almost empty. I placed an order for pizza, but none of the staff responded or attended to us. They all appeared to be busy using their mobile phones and watching reels, and ignored customers completely. I was very disappointed with the service and overall staff behavior. As a regular customer, I expected much better hospitality, especially when the outlet was not busy. I would like to formally complain about the staff response at this branch and request you to look into this matter. Please ensure proper training and customer service standards are maintained. Looking forward to your response and corrective action”

“યોગ્ય ટ્રેનિંગ વગર ના સ્ટેફ છે, ઓર્ડર પ્લેસ કરતા પણ નથી અવડતુ મારા ફોનથી ઓર્ડર karavyo અને ત્યાર પેમેન્ટ karavyu પરંતુ કોઈ અલગ સ્ટેટ મા પ્લેસ થ્યો અને કેન્સલ પાન ના થાય શક્યો જેમા સ્ટેફ નો કોઈ સપોર્ટ ના માલ્યો સ્ટાફ પ્રતિસાદ શૂન્ય, Manger હંમેશા સ્ટોર પર ઉપલબ્ધ નથી”
