“Worst experience ever. Yesterday I visited this place with my brother. We bought one brownie and made the payment online. After reaching home, I received a call from this place accusing me of not paying... He kept arguing and asked me to pay again.... I clearly told him that I can share my UPI transaction history as well as my bank statement as proof... Despite that, he continuously argued and saying that I pay again.... In the end, he said k "khaane ka paisaa toh do.. free me khaana nahi hota” and threatened to file a complaint. This kind of behavior is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable... If someone cannot even verify payments properly before accusing customers, they should not be running a business.... With this attitude and lack of basic sense, such places don’t last long.”
