Whether it's the crispy dosas, soft idlis, flavorful sambhar, or delicious chutneys, everything tastes fresh and perfectly balanced. The quality and consistency of the food clearly reflect the high standards maintained by the kitchen team. The service deserves special appreciation. Orders are taken promptly, food is served on time, and the staff regularly checks to ensure guests are comfortable. “First of all, the reception staff was highly unprofessional. We politely asked to be seated at a different, more comfortable table, but they rudely refused, even though several tables were completely empty with no waiting or reservation signs. To make matters worse, we later watched them give that exact same table to a couple who walked in without a reservation. The service inside was incredibly poor and unprofessional. The staff was completely inattentive; we actually had to ask for the menu twice just to get started. Bizarrely, the unskilled staff spent a lot of time constantly staring at our table, yet they were completely unable to listen to or fulfill even our most basic requests. Despite their claims of serving authentic South Indian food, the dishes we received were far from it. The food lacked any real flavor or authenticity, tasting more like it was prepared by an entirely unskilled chef experimenting in the kitchen. The absolute worst part was the beverage service. I ordered a filter coffee, and my parents asked for a Thums Up. The service was so remarkably slow that my dad had to cancel his Thums Up order because we had already finished our entire dinner and it still hadn't arrived! When my filter coffee finally did show up, it was undrinkable-it smelled and tasted exactly like rotten milk. Between the rude front desk, the incompetent service, and the terrible food, I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money.”
