“Visited the Vastrapur branch recently and had a disappointing experience. We ordered a sandwich and a shake, but the service was extremely slow and there seemed to be very little attention towards customers. The waiting time was much longer than expected, and there was no communication from the staff regarding the delay. To make matters worse, the sandwich was served cold and did not taste fresh, which was quite disappointing considering the wait. Overall, the food quality and service both fell below expectations. I hope the management focuses on improving service speed, customer attention, and food quality to provide a better experience in the future.”
