“I ordered the Belgian Chocolate Thick Shake but it was mostly just ice cream and ice. It wasn’t properly blended so it wasn’t enjoyable to drink. I also ordered the Cheese Chilly Toast which was extremely chewy and difficult to eat. The quality and taste were disappointing. I had a very poor experience. I expected much better food and preparation but both items failed to meet expectations. I hope the team improves the quality and consistency of their food and beverages.”
