“The quality and variety of food were worse than what you would find at many local restaurants. The same range of dishes offered by the college can easily be available elsewhere for under INR 300 with much better quality. The food was not fresh, and the overall taste and quality were below average. It was a disappointing experience and a complete waste of both time and money. I would not recommend spending on the food offered by the college.”

“I visited this restaurant with my parents to celebrate their anniversary, expecting the quality and service that the Hyatt brand is known for. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing on multiple fronts. The buffet was poorly managed throughout our visit. The fruit platter was completely empty when we arrived and was never refilled. Several other stations had the same issue, items ran out and no one from the staff made any effort to replenish them. For a restaurant charging a premium price, this level of negligence is simply unacceptable. The dessert section was equally disappointing. All the offerings had the same gelatinous texture, there was no real cake, mousse, or any dessert of substance. Even some of the dessert options that were listed were unavailable, as they had not been restocked. The live kitchen experience was another letdown. The chef forgot our table number and failed to serve us for nearly 30 minutes. We had to approach him three separate times before our order was finally prepared. This is an unacceptable lapse in service for a fine dining establishment. The food quality itself was mediocre. The menu felt oddly curated, there was only one vegetarian starter available. The garlic bread had barely any garlic. The noodles were burnt, dry, and served cold, and the pasta was underwhelming. Nothing on the menu stood out or felt special. What was being charged did not reflect what was being delivered. Having dined at several other five-star restaurants, this experience was far below the standard I expected from the Hyatt name. My parents, whose anniversary this was meant to celebrate, left feeling quite disappointed. I would strongly recommend exploring other dining options before choosing this restaurant.”
